Rio Cristal Resources Announces Director Change

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA and LIMA, PERU--(Marketwire - Jan. 22, 2010) - Rio Cristal Resources Corp. ("Rio Cristal" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:RCZ) announces the resignation of Charles Ushela as a Director of the Company for personal reasons. Mr. Ushela is one of the founders of Rio Cristal and served as President and CEO from the Company's founding to April, 2009.
