Rio Cristal Resources, through its subsidiary, Cerro La Mina S.A. and as per the comunidad campesina de Yambrasbamba's request, has developed the rural development plan 2021 (plan de desarrollo communal al 2021 -- PLADECOM). This plan has constituted the first one and has been used as reference in all The Amazonas Region.
